Niagara 4 controls system for climate control in the new paintline facility at Olympus in southend. The AIr handling unit and passive window ventilation systems control on temperature / CO2 and Humidity.

Control panel door overhaul

Not very often we undertake this but it was the most cost effective option as Rittal enclosures have discontinued this particular modular enclosure

Bead blasted back, primed and finished in A++ quality 2 pack paint. We also replaced the climate control systems and door furniture.

Swegon Bluebox chiller install & controlled via one of our Evosync panels.

The AHU itself is controlled by a separate and very dated Steafa controller so we had to put in some wired devices to let the chiller know exactly what the AHU was doing when in operation but other then that it was very straightforward. I hope the clients next move is to move the AHU control over to the evosync which it has plenty of capacity for

Using the fountain CCTV to help us monitor and review the annometer & wind speed set points during the recent windy weather we’ve had .

Original plan - Integrate existing fountain plc controller onto a Niagara4 system / set up some graphic web pages and install a remote VPN so the client can monitor and adjust the system remotely.
Turned out the Wago plc software was so out dated we ended up modifying the panel and moving all the IO straight onto the Niagara4 device, removing the Wago completely. Engineering the fountain displays was a welcome change from the usual HVAC. The HIk vision cameras are controlled via the VPN too which allows us to see the plantroom and fountains.

New control panel and plantroom refurbishment installed West Leigh junior school southend. Summer 2019. Out with a York BMS panel and in with a Niagara4 system. This ones an ISMA Mac36 which is perfect in this application

Small Boilerhouse re-fit and a new control panel for underfloor heating and hot water plant at an NHS facility. Completed during lockdown.

No touchscreen on this panel. Secure 100% offsite monitoring and control via a HMS networks VPN device.

Fitted following a service and report visit finding the original IQ220 trend system had failed.
