Dear valued customers,
It is with an immense sense of loss that I write to tell you of the catastrophic fire that recently destroyed our workshop. Having spent the last 14 years building our business to where it is today, I'm sure you will understand the great sense of loss that I and my whole team are now feeling. Nevertheless, our sympathy goes out to those customers whose cars were either damaged or destroyed, and we are currently working hard to get some resolution. We are, however, extremely relieved to say that no one was injured during the incident.
It has been a challenging few weeks for all involved and we would like to extend our thanks for your understanding and patience during this difficult period, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
To that end, we are pleased to say that we have now relocated to a new workshop in Ringmer, East Sussex. We appreciate that, for some, our new location may come as an inconvenience. That said, I hope the benefits will more than compensate. These will include increased secure customer parking and for us to be able to deliver a better customer experience with our larger, more comfortable reception area that, more importantly, will have our dedicated service reception team located there to greet you as you arrive.
As you can imagine, there is still a long road ahead, but rest assured, our focus is to get Precision Porsche back up and operating as swiftly as possible. With your continued support, I have every reason to believe we will come back bigger and better than before, delivering the service and passion that Porsche cars and their owners deserve.
Finally, I would also like to thank all our team at Precision who, not only have shown a complete sense of dedication and professionalism, but have gone above and beyond what might have been expected of them. Together with their passion for their work, I'm sure we will soon be doing what we do and love best, looking after your Porsche!
