🚧 4 DAY WEEK AVAILABLE - Experienced Welder Fabricator Needed (Redruth)🚧

Due to increased workload, we’re looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our small, friendly team.
💰 £17.00 – £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
📍 Redruth
🕒 Full-time, permanent

⭐ Flexible working available:
• 4 days a week (8 hours per day), or
• Longer days if you want to increase your hours

🔧 The Role:
• MIG & TIG welding
• Fabrication of stainless steel, mild steel & aluminium
• Working from technical drawings & basic hand-drawn sketches
• Cutting, assembling & finishing to a high standard

👀 What we’re looking for:
• Experienced fabricator/welder
• Confident working from drawings & sketches
• Reliable, hard-working and good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Site work experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence

💼 What’s on offer:
• Competitive hourly rate (£17–£18.50 DOE)
• Occasional overtime available
• Discretionary monthly bonus for additional responsibility / supervisory duties when required
• Long-term, steady work
• Friendly, no-nonsense working environment
