Wood chipper came in with a cracked flywheel with a dodgy previous repair with a stick welder. So we ground out the old weld and prepped it for pre heating and root welded it with the tig and welded it either side of that. Before we welded it we cut a 3mm recess 70mm long to take 3mm plate to give the repair more of a chance. Dressed it back and is good to go again. 👍

Well he’s done it! The customer wanted to give Joel a project and it’s done. This little golf buggy was in a bit of a sorry state and the customer wanted to get a few more years on it. So Joel took it all apart piece by piece photo after photo as you can see all of the chassis need some love so lots of patch welding done wire brushed it all back painted it and shultzed the under side, new shocks and new rims went on. All new roof canopy frame work was made and powder coated along with the basket and alloy brackets. Every piece was put back together with marine grade bolts and rivets. He gave it a wash and a polish for good measure and now looks like it’s got a bit of life back in it again. Well done Joel great job. ❤️👍
