We’re currently building a brand new front porch and utility extension for our clients in Reigate — and the transformation is already taking shape.

So far we’ve:
✔ Opened up the existing structure
✔ Installed new structural supports
✔ Built the new insulated cavity walls
✔ Formed the new entrance layout
✔ Matched brickwork to blend seamlessly with the existing property

This project is going to completely improve the front elevation while creating a practical new utility and entrance space for the homeowners.

A lot of planning and precision goes into making an extension look like it’s always been part of the original house — and the team are doing a fantastic job on this one 👏

More updates coming soon as we move onto roofing, windows and internal works.

This is one of the worst building stories I’ve seen in a long time…

A couple paid £44,000 for an extension — and ended up with:
• A house left unsafe and exposed
• Thousands more spent fixing the damage
• So much stress it nearly broke their marriage
• And unbelievably… they were even arrested after chasing the builder to finish the job

This isn’t just about bad workmanship.
