New site award in 📍

We’re delighted to have secured a new scheme with valued client South Midlands at Salden Place with works already underway.

Continuing our long-standing relationship with the Redrow Homes team in this region, the project consists of 144 units and associated roads and sewers works 🧱

With a quick turnaround we aim to make a strong, positive start during the early stages of this project.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week and we’re celebrating the apprentices here at and shining a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships have on individuals and businesses 👏

With apprentices placed across our business gaining hands on experience and training both on site and across our offices we offer opportunities in Groundworks Operations, Business Administration, Accounts, HR, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Plant Mechanics.

We recognise the value of programmes and their ability to strengthen our workforce whist providing a clear path to success 🛣️

Whilst our apprentices are going from strength to strength, we still have opportunities for those wishing to follow this route into construction plus we’ll welcome our next intake of Groundworks Apprentices later this year, more details to be released!

We’re celebrating a double-award win 🏆 with teams on two of our sites recently recognised for their continued hard work and commitment to quality, safety, and programme.

The February weather ☔️ may not be on our side but after a strong start to the year we’re pleased to share news of one of the latest schemes we’ve been awarded in the South West region.

We’re delighted to be returning to where our current scope of work includes 23 units 🧱plus associated roads and sewers🛣️ on behalf of valued client Cotswold.

Congratulations to all involved in securing this project and we look forward to bringing you further updates from site as we move into Spring! 🤝

Our view in where work is underway with valued client 🏠

This recent project is being overseen by our Midlands regional team with progress already on display since breaking ground in summer 2025.

With Phase 1 of the programme consisting of 53 units and associated R&S, we’ll be bringing you more updates later this year!

A new year delivering new projects 🧱🛣️
 
We begin the year on the outskirts of having secured this project at the end of last year and already seeing brilliant progress with infrastructure and plot works on this phase, and several plots being handed back to our client later this month!
 
Our momentum in the East of England continues as our presence in the region increases, thank you to Morris Homes for the opportunity to work together again and continue our valued relationship 🤝

2026 is off to a flying start as we returned to our Head Office to see these new additions hanging pride of place, a brilliant way to start the new year and celebrate our recent achievements 💫
