Another highlight of the new West Court Retreat entrusted to us was the creation of this bridge.

Crafted with precision, the bridge features laser cut profiles for the strings and supports, mild steel cold forged infill bars and rolled sections for the balustrades. It is finished with a hot zinc spray and a black polyester powder coating, complemented by durable aluminium decking boards for the flooring.

These elements ensure the bridge blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, enhancing the landscape without overpowering it.

We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new project from the Nirvana Collection: the West Court Retreat. Located within the beautifully restored West Court Manor, this exceptional property combines the historic charm of its original 17th century architecture with the finest modern luxuries.

Located 10 minutes from the prestigious Nirvana Spa, this property will offer serene overnight accommodations for both members and guests. The venue will also be the perfect location for hosting weddings and other special events, welcoming all who seek a relaxing country retreat.

We carefully created and installed all the internal and external handrails, maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout both the creation and installation process.

Finally, the frames were then transported to the show grounds and handed over to the Crocus team, where they had a busy few days in preparation before judging.

Transitioning from photo four onwards, you can witness the impressive Bungeroosh wall during the event, alongside the Knapped flint whose texture is reminiscent of muscle cells.

In the first three photos, you can see the frames trial assembled, lined and levelled for inspection before moving on to the next phase of work.

The next two photos show the frame assemblies now lined with 18mm thick marine plywood and painted on both the front and the back faces.

Following that you’ll see the final photos show the folded corten panels being fabricated and fettled to our usual high standard, just before bead blasting.

Another great year working with the longstanding landscaper Crocus for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show on the Forest Bathing Garden, designed by award winning garden designer and landscape architect Ula Maria.

This garden, created for the Muscular Dystrophy Charity and sponsored by Project Giving Back, was awarded a gold medal and won the top prize of Best Show Garden, which we were all extremely proud of.
