My name is Adrian Ingram, and I provide comprehensive drainage CCTV report writing services on a freelance basis. My offerings include bespoke drainage reports, septic tank inspection reports, specifications, schedules, and water undertaker applications. I am equipped to prepare detailed reports for any requirement within this scope.
I hold MSCC5 OS19X qualifications and am a EUSR certified drain surveyor, with 30 years of experience in the industry. Upon receipt of CCTV footage, a clear site plan, and relevant photographs, I will deliver a thorough, precise, and detailed report, including recommendations for remedial works where necessary. Each report includes a software-generated site plan for accuracy.

Hello, my name is Adrian and I Offer a full drainage CCTV report writing service in my spare time, as well as providing bespoke drainage reports, septic tank inspection reports, specifications, schedules and water undertaker applications in fact if it needs a report, I can produce it. I Am qualified to MSCC5 OS19X and a EUSR certified drain surveyor and have 30 years’ experience in the industry.
Just provide me with the CCTV footage, a clear, and concise site plan and as many pictures as is required and I will provide you with a clear concise, detailed report with remedial work recommendations included if needed. A Detailed software drawn site plan is included. Please give me a call or send me an email today.
My charges are based on an hourly rate of £30.00 for the first hour then £25.00 per hour thereafter. Most reports for a standard semi-detached property take under an hour to complete.
