Another full load shipped to Germany! 🇩🇪

Last week, one of our largest shipments to date left the factory, heading to our German distributor, NB Baumaschinen GmbH.

It's always rewarding to see so many Gyru-Star screening buckets lined up and ready for delivery, knowing they'll soon be helping contractors, recyclers and operators turn waste into valuable resources across construction, utilities, earthworks and recycling projects.

From onsite screening and topsoil processing to trench arisings, aggregate screening and construction waste recycling, these buckets are designed to help businesses reduce landfill waste, cut haulage costs and make better use of the materials already available on site.

While this shipment was making its way across Europe, our production team was already focused on the next batch of orders for customers throughout the UK and around the world.

When utility projects require strict backfilling specifications, material handling can quickly become one of the biggest drivers of cost, transport and project delays.

While working on E.ON’s electrical grid renovation project in Southern Sweden, machine operator Lars Olsson identified an opportunity to process trench arisings directly onsite rather than transporting material for external screening or importing new backfill.

Using Gyru-Star screening buckets, excavated material can be screened and reused at the point of use, helping reduce transport requirements, lower material costs and accelerate trench reinstatement. The ability to screen directly into the trench also improves efficiency and ensures even material distribution around the cables.
