We’re delighted to have completed another frontline field service van for our long-term customer, J & S Montgomery Ltd , Beith 🚐

This build features comprehensive shelving and drawer systems, along with a compressor stand complete with a vice and a hot and cold wash hand unit, everything needed for efficient on-site work.

On the electrical side, the van is equipped with a 1500w pure sinewave inverter (RCD protected), high lumen work lamps, and interior LED lighting, plus Chapter 8 compliant strobe lights and a roof-mounted beacon.

This conversion included:

🚐 PolyLine sides and Hexadek flooring for a robust, long-lasting finish
🚐 Custom mid bulkhead created from PolyLine

We’re delighted to have just completed three Toyota ProAce Max EV vans for Just Ask, a Bidvest Noonan Company, supplied by Vertu Motors, Darnley, Glasgow ⚡🚐

This bespoke conversion focused on security, functionality, and efficiency:
✅ Slam locks fitted to all rear doors for maximum security
✅ Counterbalanced folding ramps installed, supporting up to 600kg, ideal for ride-on lawnmowers
✅ Clayton LPS2 3000w power bank fitted, rechargeable via 240v external supply with three-pin sockets
✅ Shelving unit installed at the bulkhead to house the electrical system
✅ Armorgard chemical safe securely fixed on our durable Polyvinyl floor
✅ PolyLine PVC lining added to sides and doors for clean, washable surfaces
