Finishing off this mammoth year with the last day of site welding for 2025. This has without doubt been the best year so far for Viking fabrication, we've been on site welding from Carlisle to Bristol and as far over as Leeds with more work already booked in for 2026. On top of our own gate builds and installs its been extremely busy and we'd like to say a huge thankyou to our valued customers. We hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Last automated install of 2025 finished off for a local customer. As requested we used the existing Came brand automation system from the old timber gate with a new ram, customer supplied videx intercom and a new stainless 500kg mag lock. All installed on our own steel posts hidden behind the freshly rebuilt brick pillars.

Damaged aluminium gates? We can help! These are a couple of Parking Facilities gates we have repaired after vehicle damage. Our on site tig welding has saved both customers thousands of pounds on new gate installs. The blue gate at Liverpool docks had been hit twice unfortunately due to a wiring short closing the gate on the passing HGVs. The green gate only once fortunately.

New install at the George Formby house in Lytham St Annes completed. 3d wood effect composite in our usual galvanised steel frames. These gates will get absolutely hammered with the wind as the sea front is the other side of the sand dunes about 300meters away. With this in mind we supplied and installed the heavy duty BFT A20 automation kit (we install these kits on high intensity use gates for police, fire and ambulance services to name a few), 500kg stainless cased magnetic lock and a stainless steel Videx intercom with GSM (allows operation via phone)
