The last of the little parts for the week, a 316 stainless steel boat fitting.

More and more of my customers keep telling me "nobody would even come back to me when I emailed them a drawing".

I completely get why a massive company with massive overheads would shy away from little one off parts, but I like being the guy that said yes.

I want all the jobs, every single one.

This is a part we made for a vehicle testing company.

3d printing is incredibly useful when you want to create complex geometry.

In this case the part has multiple internal slots running all the way through the part for zip ties and jubilee clips, these would be impossible to machine.

Another bonus is that it was made with a 2 day turnaround.

Prototyping for a customer.

This tiny part has so much going on in terms of geometry, lots of angles, little fillets and a hard to reach radius. Made from EN8 steel.

We got it done though, ready for shipping on Monday.
