The build has begun at the Materials and Finishes Show and we can’t wait for the doors to open.

Talking about doors , if you’re in the market for manufacturing fire doors then look no further the AES Group Europe Vega Ultra 1632 what will be on display.

The AES Group Vega series of machines are a high speed, highly productive pod and rail style machine especially suited for producers of modular furniture. The generously equipped machine is available with different bed sizes and can work as either a single or multi zone machine for enhanced productivity.
Operating on Alphacam, the machine benefits from the possibility to upgrade to further software packages and comes with 2D Essential as standard. Also included is an easy to use macro to ensure input of panel size and drilling patterns is a simple and rapid process.

Various options available to customise your machine including;

Rotary tool changers
Increased vacuum pumps (Becker)
Additional vacuum consoles

Who’s going to the Materials and Finishes Show ?

We can’t wait to show you the machines in action and If your in the market for a Through Feed CNC then look no further. The Sirius & GO! Will both be on display showing you what they can do.

Introducing the all new Sirius CNC point to point boring machine with the option of router head and additional automatic 6 position tool changer.

The machine has a very generous 950mm working width and is equipped with 10 x vertical drills,which drill from below to ensure the working surface and all holes are kept dust free whilst also having the benefit of increased accuracy as the drilling depth will always be correct despite any tolerances in the thickness of the work piece. The machine is also equipped with horizontal drilling to all 4 sides and a grooving saw in the X axis.

Also the GO! And wow what a machine!

The GO! CNC drilling and routing machine. This all new design gives even greater working capacity having a very generous working width of up to 1300mm.

As with all AES Group Europe machines, the GO! has a very rugged construction to allow faster working speeds and vibration free running along with the use of the highest quality components during the construction process.

This machine is totally versatile and can be customised to suit, with options including various software packages, larger capacity boring units, upgrade to router spindle etc.

Once again many thanks to everyone who came to the AES UK launch and a special thanks to fittings & software partners , Lamello Fixings & Pegasus CAD CAM.

Displaying the GO! CNC drilling and routing machine with the all new design gives even greater working capacity having a very generous working width of up to 1300mm and unlimited working length.

As with all AES machines, the GO! has a very rugged construction to allow faster working speeds and vibration free running along with the use of the highest quality components during the construction process.

This machine is totally versatile with many options including various software packages, large capacity Multi-Drill & spindle with a 6 Tool change carousel.

In just over one week the GRAND OPENING OF AES UK will take place. This is a four-day open house event where all those in the woodworking sector are invited.

We are pleased to welcomeHranipex to the event along with our new partner from across the pond, SNX who will be showcasing their contour Edgebanders.

Come down, watch the AES machinery in operation and have face-to-face conversations with all of the exhibitors.

Plenty of on site parking with EV charging available.

Come and celebrate with us at the AES UK grand opening! Food and beverages will be available all day long.
