It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Andy Hudson, one of the founders of DBS Processing Ltd.

Andy passed away last Friday, just a few weeks after his cancer diagnosis. His loss is felt deeply by all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him 💔

Andy was more than a founder — he was a visionary, a risk‑taker, and a true believer in people. From the early days of DBS Processing Ltd, Andy was there to support Steven’s bold ideas, backing them wholeheartedly. Together, they built not just a successful company but a partnership built on trust, courage, and innovation.

Andy left the business and the world too soon, but his influence remains at the heart of everything we do. His drive, generosity, and entrepreneurial spirit will continue to inspire us as we carry forward the values he helped to establish.

Our thoughts are with Andy’s family, friends, and all those who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
