Investing in our team. Supporting our customers.

Today, members of our engineering team have been completing training as part of Armcon’s continued investment in our people and the service we provide.

We’re proud to have an experienced and knowledgeable engineering team supporting our customers every day. Continuing to invest in their training helps us maintain the high standards we set across the business, while supporting the skills and experience already within the team.

For our customers, that means having confidence in the people working on and around their equipment- whether that’s at Armcon or out in the field.

As we continue to grow the support we offer across the UK, we’ll continue investing in the people behind it.

Because the standard of service we provide starts with the people providing it.

Keeping the volumetric industry moving.

At Armcon, engineering support has always been a fundamental part of what we do.

Our workshop remains busy supporting customers with everything from routine maintenance and repairs through to more extensive engineering work- all with one objective: keeping mixers operational and businesses moving.

With decades of experience in the volumetric concrete industry, our engineering team understands these machines, the demands placed on them and the importance of getting them back to work as quickly as possible.

It’s another part of the complete support we’re proud to provide to volumetric operators across the UK.

Parts. Service. Engineering. Support. All from Armcon.

Armcon strengthens its UK sales and support structure.

As part of the next stage of Armcon’s growth, we have completed a review of our sales structure and are making a number of changes designed to improve customer coverage, accountability and service across the UK.

At the same time, our new Southern Depot is now open and operational, giving us a stronger presence in the South and allowing us to get closer to customers in one of our key growth regions.

This is a deliberate step forward for the business, with new team members and more new products to add to our growing range of premium products.

We are strengthening our regional coverage, sharpening our sales focus and making sure that customers have the right people supporting them- before, during and long after the sale.

Armcon’s position continues to grow across:

• ProAll volumetric mixers
• MEKA batching plants
• Genuine Proall parts
• Field engineering
• Servicing and refurbishment
• and our expanding aftermarket offering

We have ambitious plans for the next stage of the business, and that means continuing to invest in the right structure, the right products and the right people.

The opening of our Southern Depot and the reorganisation of our sales team are part of the same objective:

To build a stronger Armcon and provide an even better service to our customers nationwide.

We are moving forward with confidence- and there is much more to come.

Businesses that want to lead their market have to keep evolving. We are doing exactly that- strengthening the team, expanding our footprint and raising the standard of support our customers can expect from Armcon.

We always look forward to a delivery day at Armcon.

Another major delivery has arrived from ProAll, bringing more equipment into our HQ as we continue to keep pace with demand across the business.

There’s always a real sense of excitement when the container doors open. For us, deliveries like this represent much more than new equipment arriving- they’re a reflection of the confidence our customers continue to place in Armcon and the strength of our partnership with ProAll.

A lot happens behind the scenes to keep equipment moving from Canada to the UK, and it’s great to see another shipment safely on the ground and with our team.

Demand remains strong, the equipment keeps moving, and there’s plenty more to come.

A proud delivery day for everyone at Armcon.

Behind every working mixer is a parts operation built to support it.

Armcon holds the largest stock of volumetric concrete mixer parts in the UK- and that hasn’t happened by accident.

It represents years of investment in the industry, building the stock, knowledge and expertise our customers need to keep their equipment working.

From genuine Terex parts to replacement parts for a wide range of volumetric mixers, our shelves carry thousands of components ready to support operators across the UK and beyond.

But the size of our stock is only part of what matters.

It’s having people who understand the machines. People who can help identify what you need. Engineers who know what happens when those parts are put to work. And a business that understands just how important keeping a mixer operational is to the customer relying on it.

We’ve built our parts operation to be there for the long term- because supporting this industry means having the infrastructure behind you to do it properly.

The UK’s largest stock of volumetric mixer parts.
Genuine Terex parts. Multi-brand support.
Parts. Support. Expertise.

That’s Armcon.

Getting closer to our customers meant going further ourselves.

The opening of our Southern Depot in Reading represents much more than a second location for Armcon. It represents another investment in the industry and the customers we’ve supported for decades.

From our Head Office in Poynton to our new base in Reading, we’re strengthening our ability to support volumetric mixer operators across the country — bringing our people, parts and expertise closer to where they’re needed.

Because for us, selling a mixer has never been the end of the relationship.

It’s about being there afterwards. Keeping machines working. Supporting our customers when they need us. And continuing to invest in the infrastructure and people that help keep the volumetric concrete industry moving.

Two locations. One Armcon. The same commitment to our customers.

And we’re only getting started.

Accuracy in concrete starts long before the mixing begins.

Every batch relies on the right materials being measured in the right proportions. That’s why the weighing system behind a batching plant matters.

MEKA batching plants are engineered with accuracy at the heart of the process, with Siemens SWAREX weighing technology providing a highly accurate and reliable weighing process.

But good engineering isn't about one component in isolation.

MEKA also designs its weighing systems to help minimise the effect of vibration on the weighing process, while its plants are built around robust construction, quality components and accessibility for calibration, maintenance and everyday operation. MEKA's own technical information similarly highlights independent material weighing as part of its approach to achieving precise and consistent results.

It’s this attention to the detail behind every batch that makes us proud to represent MEKA in the UK.

Because when you're producing concrete day after day, accuracy isn't an extra. It's fundamental.

Accuracy starts with calibration.

There’s a huge amount of technology behind a modern volumetric mixer, but ultimately it has one very important job- putting the right materials into the mix, in the right proportions.

That’s where calibration matters.

A correctly calibrated mixer establishes how each material is metered against the required mix design, helping operators maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production. On ProAll mixers, the Commander control system uses that calibration data alongside the selected mix design to control and monitor material dosing during operation.

It’s an important part of owning and operating a volumetric mixer, and one our team at Armcon understands inside and out.

We don’t just supply equipment. We believe in supporting it throughout its working life- with the technical knowledge, servicing, parts and support our customers need to keep producing.

Another reason we’re incredibly proud of the experience we have within the Armcon team.

Accurate calibration. Consistent production. Proper support.

Pride in every build. Standards in every detail.

Every mixer that leaves Armcon represents our name, and that’s something we take seriously.

From the first stages of the build through to the final checks, our team takes pride in getting the details right and delivering every machine to the standard our customers expect from us.

It’s a standard we maintain for every customer, whether it’s a new mixer, parts, servicing or support. Because for us, it doesn’t end when a machine leaves the workshop.

Our customers rely on their equipment to keep producing, keep delivering and keep their businesses moving, and we’re proud to play our part in keeping the concrete industry moving with them.

A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes, and we’re incredibly proud of the people who make it happen every day.

Built with pride. Backed by Armcon.

Parts. In stock. Ready when you need them.

We’ve invested heavily over the years in building one of the UK’s largest stocks of volumetric mixer parts, and it’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our dedicated parts team supports customers across the UK and around the world, supplying genuine Terex® parts for ProAll mixers alongside a huge range of parts for other makes and models.

For us, it’s about more than having parts sitting on a shelf. It’s about understanding how important uptime is to our customers and making sure we can get the right part where it needs to be, when it’s needed.

We’ve been part of the volumetric concrete industry for a long time, and we’re proud to continue investing in the stock, people and support that help keep it moving.
