📣 PART TIME VACANCY!

An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Pott Shrigley, Cheshire with immediate effect.

We are a small business who take pride in being a friendly & competitive locker & bench seating supplier. Over the decades, we have developed a strong reputation for our expertise and excellent customer service to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our continued success & be a part of a small, supportive work environment.

Duties would include:-

• General admin
• Filing
• Archiving
• Answering the phone
• Assisting the sales team as and when required including: replying to emails, chasing deliveries, liasing with customers / suppliers.

Skills & experience required:-

• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

We would be looking for someone to join us for approx. 2 days per week. We would certainly require you to work a Friday but flexible as to the other day/s.

Salary would be dependant on confirmed days/hours agreed.
