A new customer recently purchased a full Octoral Eco Plus mixing system from a seller they believed was officially supplied by Octoral.

After our most resent Octoral post we were asked to help verify the batch codes and unfortunately, 19 tinters were already past their manufacturer shelf life.

Before purchasing any Octoral product:

✔ Ask if the supplier is an approved Octoral distributor
✔ Request the batch codes
✔ Check shelf life before paying
✔ Ensure correct storage history
✔ If unsure, send us a photo — we’ll check it for free

Buying from non-approved Octoral distributors may seem cheaper upfront, but it can lead to expired, unstable or non-compliant paint.

Always check batch codes, manufacture date & shelf life, and only buy from official Octoral partners to ensure fresh stock, guaranteed performance & technical support.

Cheap paint can become the most expensive mistake.
