New project completed — L-shape floating staircase in Romsey, Hampshire.
Steel central spine powder coated RAL 9005 jet black. 12 solid oak treads at 100mm thick. 3-piece oak quarter-turn platform with integrated LED lighting. 12mm toughened glass balustrade. 40×40mm black handrail.
Floor-to-floor height: 2,950mm. Pitch: 38.8°. Rise: 197mm. Going: 245mm. Part K compliant — designed, fabricated and installed entirely in-house from our workshop in Portsmouth.
Every tread, every bracket, every mounting plate — drawn in full production detail before a single piece of steel was cut. No subcontractors. No imported components. Just our team, our drawings, and our workshop.

▪️ Frameless glass balustrade with stainless steel bolt fixings
▪️ Solid oak handrail
▪️ Integrated LED tread lighting
▪️ Glass landing balustrade with point fixings

Installed in a stunning open-plan new build with double-height ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The natural light flooding through the glass makes this staircase the absolute centrepiece of the home.

Our client sent us their site measurements and we took it from there. Full design and 3D visualisation, structural engineering, fabrication in our workshop, and shipping direct to Reykjavik.
Three-storey galvanised steel fire escape staircase with:
▪️ Hot-dip galvanised finish for extreme weather protection
▪️ Diamond plate treads with anti-slip nosings
▪️ Steel balustrade with vertical bar infill
▪️ Intermediate landings at each floor level
▪️ Designed and built to commercial fire safety standards
From a set of dimensions to a fully fabricated staircase delivered internationally — that’s what we do. Distance is never a problem when the engineering is right.
