Our 𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗨𝗦 𝗥𝗦𝟴𝟬𝟱 𝗞𝟮𝟯 5-axis machining centre allows us to machine complex components from multiple angles in a single operation.

That means fewer manual interventions, improved positional accuracy and greater consistency from part to part, particularly on components with complex features or parts that would otherwise require multiple operations.

It helps reduce production time, minimise handling and deliver precision-machined components that are ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process. ✔️

Formula 1 is well past the halfway mark and this weekend all eyes turn to Monza. 🇮🇹

Behind every race weekend is an enormous amount of precision engineering and it’s a sector we’re proud to support through the manufacture of high-quality components.

With tight tolerances, demanding materials and incredibly short development cycles, motorsport leaves very little room for error. Our machining capabilities allow us to produce the accurate parts needed to meet those exacting demands.

Next stop: the Italian GP. After McLaren’s recent form, could they be looking at another win this weekend or will the Ferraris rule on home soil? 👀

Bank Holiday done. Machines back on. 💪

After a nice long weekend, we’re straight back into production, picking up where we left off on a range of customer projects.

With precision components at different stages of machining, inspection and production across the shop floor, there’s already plenty keeping the team and our machines busy.

It’s good to be back... let’s see what the week brings! 👀

More than 10,000 mould tools manufactured... and we're still finding new challenges to solve.

Our 5-axis machining department is home to an extensive range of Hedelius and Deckel machining centres, giving us the capacity to produce everything from one-off prototypes to repeat production.

This motorsport aerofoil wing is one of the precision components we've manufactured for high-performance racing applications, where every detail can influence how a car behaves at speed.

With the Dutch GP taking place this weekend, its fast, flowing layout is a great reminder of just how important aerodynamics really are.

Through Zandvoort's sweeping corners and banked turns, the wing generates downforce that helps keep the tyres planted, giving drivers the confidence to carry more speed while maintaining stability. It also helps the car respond predictably through quick direction changes, where balance and consistency can make all the difference.

And with overtaking at a premium, qualifying often shapes the outcome of the weekend. A well-balanced aerodynamic package gives drivers the confidence to push for every fraction of a second.
