We are currently recruiting for a 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join our 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 team in Craigavon.

This is a full-time, graduate/entry-level role within our Quality / Engineering department.

At SAM NI, you’ll gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within the aerospace manufacturing sector.

You’ll support our Quality Management System, assist with audits and inspections, investigate non-conformances, work with engineering and manufacturing teams, and help maintain high standards of product integrity and safety.

This role is an ideal stepping stone for a graduate in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. It would suit someone with strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Great to see the extensive coverage today.

SAM NI was delighted to welcome deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly , industry colleagues and global customers to mark the completion of our £10 million facility expansion.

Our new 25,000 sq ft extension brings our total manufacturing space to 68,000 sq ft and gives us more capacity across machining, inspection and subassembly.

We are also recruiting across CNC machining, fabrication and assembly, quality, engineering, production management, apprenticeships, trainee roles and office support.

𝗦𝗔𝗠 𝗡𝗜 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗕𝗤 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

Yesterday at SAM NI, we brought the team together for a company BBQ, and the sun actually showed up.

It was a chance to step away from the usual working day, relax and just enjoy some time together.

We also used the occasion to collect donations for our chosen company charity for 2026, B Positive, an incredible organisation which supports local children and families across Northern Ireland who are facing childhood cancer.

The generosity never ceases to amaze us; as SAM NI has raised £3,500 for the charity so far this year.

Huge thanks to everyone who contributed and made it such a special afternoon.

At SAM NI, we’re pleased to share that Declan Heaney has been promoted from Toolroom Lead to Supply Chain Inventory Operations Analyst.

Declan brings practical, hands-on experience from our shop floor operations into a more analytical role, building on his background in procurement and his understanding of production requirements within the aerospace sector.

In his new position, Declan will support improved inventory control and supply chain performance, helping our teams maintain accuracy, compliance and operational readiness across key areas of the business.

As part of his role, Declan uses a variety of Microsoft tools including Power BI and Power Automate; to develop live dashboards and reporting systems. These provide real-time visibility of inventory levels, supplier performance and operational metrics.

The insights are shared across our shop floor teams and senior management, supporting clearer communication, faster decision-making and improved efficiency throughout SAM NI’s supply chain operations.
