Busy week, we have moved forward with the Blow downs. Only made 1 size so far and tested. 3/8" BSP thread.
Bronze body, stainless internal, brass top and locking nut.
During the water pressure test, held over 400 psi, see video.

Wash out plugs, on the Hex / Square heads,
are you happy with what we have made or would you want smaller to be more in proportion to your engine. example the 3/8" BSPT are you happy with 1/2" square or would 3/8" be better suited?

Working on Blowdown's with 3/8" BSP test run . The central screw will be Stainless steel.

Update, Michael and I have decided moving forward, R A Barker will not be supplying any distributers with our products. This may change in the future and will let you know who that may be.
Any products with a 'R or r' stamp is now old stock, we are using laser etch, see below. Happy steaming.

As discussed, please could you fit two PTFE seated globe valves to the steam manifold and also replace the pressure gauge shut off tap as per the original please. "

Cylinder drain c***s are a go 😄.
These are all made of Bronze with stainless steel core and brass nut, washer, lever and locking nut. These are all to pipe ni**le and nut.
So far we have small batches of, see photos.
Prices start at..... each.
7/16" Body, 1/4" x 40TPI with 1/8" or 5/32" pipe ni**le @ £55.00

1/2" Body, 3/8" & 5/16" x 32TPI with 1/8" or 5/32" pipe ni**le @ £60.00

5/8" Body, 1/8" BSP with 3/16" pipe ni**le @ £65.00

7/8" Body, 1/4" BSP with 1/4" pipe ni**le @ £85.00
We have also etched the thread size on them.

Moving forward on Cylinder drain c***s, details to follow next week.
This week special adaptor, Male to male 3/8" x 32 ME to 5/16" x 32 ME. I am still fascinated by Polygon turning, turning the hex.
