Today is all about ironmongery!

First thing this morning I popped down to Castell Coch to pick up a sample, wrought iron shutter nail, as a small batch are needed to be made for the current restoration work that is underway.

You can see in the image, all the layers of wrought iron de-laminating as it has corroded over the years.

Then this afternoon I am working on some hooks for the amazing felted animals, makes. She will be selling her work this weekend at the forest markets spring fair in Ross-on-Wye https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1KTB4fC1yY/

Fitted this garden tool gate near Abergavenny today- a minimalist, bold design to contrast and compliment the beautiful surrounding garden. I love how the height of the gate is perfectly framed by the leaves on the tree. We have combined a traditional estate gate style with cut out tool silhouettes to meet our client's design brief.

Wow RHS Malvern Spring Festival / Malvern Autumn Show thank you for having us at this year's spring festival, we have had a fantastic time, thank you to all involved in organising and running the festival and to everyone that has supported us the past 4 days. Here is our floral gate, lit up in the night sky while we packed up our pitch !

We are at RHS Malvern Spring Festival next week, Thus 7-Sun 10th. We are stand 130, Avenue D, between rows 1 & 3, right near the South and Gold Entrance's. We are not listed on the show map as we booked our space after the map went off to print - so have put a marker here so you can find us !

We have a new estate style fern gate, an oak leaf arch, bluebells, roselily, ferns, poppies, daisies and snowdrops to add to our giant allium sculpture and floral gate display.
