Laser cut fire pit/garden ornament, depicting a beautiful memorial to the fallen soldiers, made from 3mm mild steel, coated in black fire resistant powder coat which can withstand heat up to 500 degrees. Myself I would put a beautiful plant on top and lamps/LED lights in the pit area, would make an excellent addition to any garden. It`s collapsible for easy storage too. Just another example of what can be done with the laser, using an external designer, then cut with the laser and later powder coated, the customer is thrilled with the portrait memorial to his brother.

We have an Ebay store selling sheet metal in various sizes, normally sizes requested are 1000x500mm (most popular) This customer made the request to have his piece cut like this, not something we normally do but having the laser on site and a guillotine, this could be achieved, on this occasion I used the guillotine but this coulf also have been done using the laser, sent out yesterday and customer has just messaged to say received and very happy. This customer is learning to weld and in his parcel I sent him some scrap pieces of various thickness so he could practice. Happy customer.

Latest project for our workshop, working closely with a farmer in Doncaster, you can see the two very rusty mudguards from a trailer. Using our laser we measured, drew and cut the pieces, welded together by Paul, using a grinder to smooth any rough edges and we have two brand new mudguards.
