Last week, the PME team attended the Navy Leaders Combined Naval Event 2026, joining naval and defence professionals from across the globe for three busy days of innovation, discussion and collaboration.

Our medium-duty V12 1400 hp engine attracted strong interest throughout the exhibition, with conversations ranging from existing MAN installations through to future propulsion upgrades, generator sets and hybrid solutions.

It was great to speak with such a broad cross section of the industry and see first-hand the scale of innovation currently shaping the naval sector.

With visitors reportedly attending from over 85 countries, CNE once again proved to be a truly international event and a fantastic opportunity to connect with both existing and new contacts across the industry.

We’re incredibly proud to see Martin recognised, and anyone who knows him will know just how well deserved this is.

Even in semi-retirement, Martin continues to support colleagues, customers, dealers, and the wider marine industry with the same knowledge, passion, and willingness to help that he’s always been known for.

Another year at Seawork

As we get ready for Seawork 2026, we thought it would be the perfect time to look back at some of our previous years at the show and just how much PME has evolved along the way.

Back in 2017, we were proud to receive our official MAN importer status at Seawork, a milestone moment for the business and one we were honoured to celebrate at the show itself.

Since then, we’ve continued to grow year on year. Bigger stands, larger engine displays, new technologies, and a growing team behind it all. From showcasing proven MAN marine engines to introducing the latest developments in hybrid and sustainable propulsion, Seawork has always been an important part of our calendar.

This year, you’ll find us once again at Stand E7, and we’re looking forward to catching up with customers, dealers, partners, and the wider marine industry.

See you there.

Staying up to date with the latest developments is a key part of what we do.

Three of our engineers recently travelled to Emerson HQ in Germany for hands-on training in Aventics controls and systems, continuing to build the knowledge and expertise needed to support our customers day to day.

Practical training like this is an important part of staying current in an industry that never stands still.

A strong lineup down at Sunseeker in Poole.

The Manhattan 76 and Ocean 82, both powered by MAN engines, are ready for the season ahead.

The Manhattan 76 delivers everything you’d expect from a flybridge yacht, combining exceptional sea-keeping and a well-balanced layout, powered by twin MAN V12 engines delivering up to 1550PS per engine.

Alongside it, the Ocean 82 brings a new level of space and flexibility, with MAN power up to 3300PS, built for longer days and bigger experiences on the water.

Another year as a proud member of the The Workboat Association.

The Workboat Association continues to play an important role in supporting the commercial marine sector, championing safety, skills, and operational standards across the industry.

Alongside our membership, we were also pleased to sponsor the recent CTV event back in March, where both Martin Jackson and Joel Evans had the opportunity to connect with others across the Workboat community, share insights, and continue important industry conversations.

With the commercial marine sector continuing to evolve, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the industry has never been more important.

Warning: oddly satisfying content ahead.

Four MAN engines, fresh off the lorry and into place.

There’s something about a smooth delivery that just hits right.

Did you know that 30+ vessels of the RNLI fleet are powered by twin MAN Engines D2840 engines?

From our MAN Dealer Conference last month in Poole, we could see at least four working vessels from the window.

Built for reliability, power, and longevity, because out there, it truly matters.

Proud to support lifeboats and the work they do.
