It’s A frames this week on a Ac30 Terex.Due to low hours and kms the pin had seized solid on the front and back A frames that hold the axles in place.Once all pipe work and electrics are removed we cut out the old unit and replace,not the easiest of jobs.

In the last couple of weeks one of my customers broke down with no drive.Got there within in the hour to recover the crane back to there depot where we stripped out the diff to find it had destroyed itself.A lot of work but back in action ready for hire limiting down time.

This was a recent boom strip which the customer wanted the wire ropes replaced.It put up a fight to get it stripped but all went well in the end.Also resealed the derrick ram that was leaking and dropping so Eds Engineering helped us out with that.

Recently had to strip out a pin boom on a Gmk 4075.Had a hydraulic leak coming from the ram so with help from the customer we removed the sections and sent the tele ram away for repair.Also fitted new proximity sensors to the pinning side.
