from our MayTec Solutions division...

A full technical file signed off and another MayTec solution ready to despatch following successful FAT.

This bespoke assembly features integrated automation, including a Universal Robots collaborative robot within the system.

It also incorporates anti-static polycarbonate panels — high-spec components designed to protect sensitive environments. The brown covering you see is protective film, ensuring each panel arrives in perfect condition.

Finished in-house at our purpose-built powder coating facility, we can coat to any recognised RAL colour — giving our customers both performance and flexibility.

This project is heading to a global leader in photonics, where quality and precision are critical.

Another great example of engineering detail, automation, and added value at every stage.

Ever feel like your control panel is shouting, but your operators can’t hear it?

Traditional indicator lights tell you something is wrong. But they don't tell you what. Enter the Eaton RMQ-Titan Display.
We’re moving past basic red-and-green lights. This compact, high-resolution display fits right into a standard 22.5 mm pushbutton slot, bringing crisp text and clear graphics directly to the machine face.

Why it’s a game-changer for your shop floor:

- Instant Diagnostics: Displays text alerts and error codes directly at the point of operation. No more guessing games or running to the main HMI.

- Space Saver: Replaces clusters of single-function pilot lights with one dynamic, multi-screen display.

- Built for the Grind: IP69K rated. It handles high-pressure washdowns and harsh industrial environments without breaking a sweat.

Upgrade your panels from "blink and guess" to absolute clarity.
