230,000 miles on the original clutch and gearbox! 😳🔧

After all those miles, the gearbox on Mike's Vauxhall Vivaro finally gave up the ghost.

We've been looking after this van for the last 10–15 years, so it was only right we got it back on the road!

With the gearbox rebuilt and a brand-new clutch fitted, Dan got everything back together and Mike's Vivaro is ready for plenty more miles. 💪

And of course, Dan couldn't resist the classic mechanic stance while getting the job done

A Toyota Vellfire in with us after suffering cam chain guide failure, which unfortunately resulted in valve damage. 🔧

Once stripped down, the extent of the damage became clear - a good example of how a timing-related failure can quickly turn into a much bigger engine repair.

A Renault Clio in with us for a rusty front cross member repair 🔧

As you can see, corrosion had taken its toll, so the damaged sections were removed and repaired to get everything solid and secure again.

A Honda Acty in with us for a cambelt and water pump 🔧

The customer had been struggling to find someone willing to take the job on, but we were happy to get stuck in and get it sorted! 👌

Cambelt and water pump replaced, giving the customer some much-needed peace of mind and keeping this Acty on the road. 🚗💨
