Lego on Monday, live construction site by Friday. We don’t do work experience the generic way. 🌟

This week we welcomed a school student into the Eco-Nexus team and we didn’t hold back - CAD software, heat loss calculations, a CPD session with industry professionals, DIALux and even LEGO. Yes, Lego. An example of engineering in it’s simplest form and also a great ice breaker!

We asked them to share with us how they would sum up Eco-Nexus. They said we’re ‘an enjoyable, positive business where everyone works well together.’

Coming from someone who had never experienced the MEP building services industry a week ago, we’ll hold onto that.💚

To any student considering a career in building services, the industry needs you. And it’s far more interesting than you think. 🙌

Our AI training session finally happened. It was worth the wait. 🤝 

Heads were down, prompts flying and everyone was absorbed in what AI could actually do for us. 

Then it stopped. 
 
Do humans run out of credits? 
 
No. But AI does. 😅 
 
We also had one very sharp observation from our undergraduate engineer, what happens when people become too reliant on AI to function without it? She’s probably the most digitally native person in the room. She said what we were all thinking. 
 
That’s exactly why Eco-Nexus is built on people, real ones. The kind you can trust. 💚
