Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Tilbury
Employment Type: Temporary contract until May (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)
Salary: £15 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Tilbury office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys supporting a wider team in a busy working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Filing and accurate record keeping (both physical and digital)
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with day-to-day office tasks and coordination
- Scheduling meetings
- Minute taking
- Answering the phone & responding to emails

Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT skills and confidence using and learning new office & CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous Admin experience desired

About the Role
We are an engineering company looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Internal sales Assistant to support our sales team in preparing accurate, timely quotations for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on pricing guidelines and specifications
• Gather cost and product information from internal systems and suppliers
• Liaise with sales, procurement and operations teams to confirm details
• File and organise quotation records and related documents
• Chasing and following up on Purchase Orders

Desirable Skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Previous administrative, estimating or quoting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with databases or ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
