Recent Project- Hertfordshire Constabulary HQ

HQ in Welwyn Garden City is a state-of-the-art £55m re-development and NTP Access were delighted to provide the hoist package for this project in partnership with .

Delivering over 9,500sq.m of floor space over 5 storeys, this new Headquarters aims to co-locate a number of essential departments, including Major Crime, Safeguarding, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner as well as other key departments.

We would like to thank Willmott Dixon for their continued confidence in NTP Access, it has been a pleasure to support the project. We have also enjoyed seeing the Chief Constable’s updates online!

Recent Project- Hollis Croft, Sheffield

NTP Access were proud to supply one of our Bocker Giant 20/30 Passenger & Goods hoists on the Hollis Croft project in Sheffield.

Becoming the second tallest building in Sheffield, this project required a hoist to carry both personnel and materials up 27 floors, with a top landing height of 85 metres. Due to the development’s schedule, our operations team worked proactively with site to schedule the installation over 9 visits.

Completed Project- Newnton Close, London

NTP were pleased to contribute towards a successful project at Newnton Close, London, supplying the complete hoist package across 2x blocks to aid in the development of 76 high-quality apartments.

This project took advantage of one of our brand-new 1500Z/ZP Transport Platforms as well as a GEDA PH650 Passenger & Goods machine which were installed progressively on separate blocks. also made the most of our optional C Gate on the GEDA PH650 to allow for an additional and extended entry point to the machine.

As part of the included service package, NTP provided additional LOLER Thorough Examinations to give site the peace of mind and the necessary compliance. This also involved planned service and maintenance ensuring safety and reliability on site

Help Millie take her next steps…

As a proud sponsor of our local U11s girls football team, we want to share and bring attention to the inspiring story of Millie Blair.

Millie is an 11-year-old powerhouse – full of determination, courage and an unstoppable love for sport.

But in the summer of 2024, everything changed.

On her actual 11th birthday, Millie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma – bone cancer. To this date Millie has had seven Operations, blood and platelet transfusions, over 70 nights in hospital so far with many more to come.

In January 2025, Millie’s left leg was amputated above the knee.

Millie has shown unimaginable strength throughout this brutal battle. She refuses to let cancer define her future. Instead of giving up, she’s now setting her sights on new dreams—playing for England’s Women’s Amputee Football Team and competing in the Paralympics.

To do that, she needs the best prosthetic leg possible—one that will allow her to run, play football, cycle, swim and ride horses again.

2024 has been a busy year here at NTP…

We have continued our planned growth, investing over £1.5m in new equipment including:

- 25x new hoists purchased and delivered
- Upgraded workshop and test facilities
- The addition of new service vans

We have also welcomed new members to the team, and continued our investment into staff training and development.

This year our fleet has expanded to 150+ hoists which have been put hard to work serving our customers on busy construction sites across the country. 💪

We would like to thank our customers old and new for their support during 2024 and we look forward to another busy year in 2025! 🎉

Recent Project- Avro Hollows, Manchester

This Decarbonisation project in Newton Heath, Manchester consists of 4x high-rise tower blocks and we are proud to have been selected to provide the access package across all blocks.

So far, we have fully installed 2x of our brand new 2024 GEDA 1500Z/ZP Transport Platforms, both configured as I Platforms with 2000kg SWL.
