We’re delighted to welcome Tracey Dempster to Rapidrop!

Tracey joins us as our new Head of Portfolio and Markets, a key role created as part of our continued growth plans.

She will work across our global business to ensure our portfolio continues to evolve in line with both current and future market demands. Tracey will also be building a dedicated team to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and industry partners—identifying new opportunities, prioritising them, and working cross-functionally to bring them to life.

In addition, Tracey will also oversee our Marketing, driving its development to support our ambitions for greater global reach and growth.

Tracey brings a wealth of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Development and Marketing. She joins us from TER Chemicals, where she was Head of Product Management and previously held the role of Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Saint-Gobain Weber.
As a member of our Executive Team, Tracey will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction.

Dita Upesjure wins Manager’s Player of the Year – 2025/26 🏆⚽

A huge congratulations to Upesjure , who has been voted Manager’s Player of the Year for the 2025–2026 season at Netherton FC.

As one of the senior members of the squad, this is a fantastic achievement, made even more impressive by her determination and resilience following recovery from an ACL injury.

Dita’s experience, commitment and influence both on and off the pitch have clearly not gone unnoticed. She brings leadership, consistency and a real team-first mentality every time she steps onto the pitch, she also applies these same values in her day-to-day work, where she is a fundamental part of our team.

From strong defensive performances to her ongoing contribution to the wider club, this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

A New Crest for Peterborough United

We’re excited to see Peterborough United unveil their new club crest, one that reflects both the club’s rich heritage and its deep connection to the city.

At the centre remains the iconic winged lion, representing strength, power and ambition, values that have defined the club since 1965. Alongside this, the inclusion of St Peter’s keys pays tribute to the city’s identity, while the heart within the keys symbolises the club’s place at the very heart of the local community.

Closer to home, their work is just as powerful. Through their UK Local Empowerment Programme, they delivered 11,465 hours of community inclusion and training in 2025, supporting 124 individuals directly. To date, over 800 people in the Lothians have benefited, helping to reduce isolation, build skills, and overcome poverty.
