🚀 We’re Hiring: Commercial Manager (Back Office & IT-Fluent)

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of our reporting, processes, and performance — and to lead the rollout of a new job-focused, compliance-driven IT system (Propellor and similar).

💼 What You’ll Do
Oversee the full commercial reporting cycle (revenue, cost, margin, EBITDA).
Deliver clear monthly reports (P&L, WIP, valuations, forecasts).
Build and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards.
Align pricing and track margin performance.
Drive the rollout of our new Propellor IT system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Keep our business data accurate, insightful, and always “buyer-ready.”
💡 About You
✔️ 5+ years in Commercial, Finance, or Operations (ideally M&E, electrical, or project-based).
✔️ Experienced with QuickBooks (or similar) and job management tools.
✔️ Excel and Power BI pro.
✔️ Confident communicator who turns data into decisions.
✔️ Process-minded, commercially sharp, and calm under pressure.
