At AGORA, we believe a home should feel connected, both inside and out. For this extension in the Grange, we redesigned the layout to create better flow through the house and a stronger connection to the garden. Large glazed doors open onto the terrace, making it easy to enjoy outdoor living every day. Simple, natural materials let the changing light and planting take centre stage, creating a home that feels calm, comfortable and connected to its surroundings.

Join us for a wee Autumn get together with woodfire pizza

Come to the mill to hang out for our Saturday Autumn open day. This will be a great chance to meet other architects, builders and people who we work with.

There will also be a chance to see the showroom and take away any samples on a Saturday as well as tours of the mill.

We'll kick off from 12pm till late but feel free to turn up whenever you like . Dogs and kids are most welcome.

The event is free but please just RSVP with a free ticket so we know how much food to get.

Scotland’s first LEAN tour?

Inspired by taking part in the last year

We are very proud to announce that on the 16th of June, tiny temple will be opening our doors for our very own first LEAN tour!

We haven’t raised our prices since we began 4 years ago and we hope to keep it that way as long as possible *touch wood*

How have we managed it?

With all the price increases happening we have so far managed to absorb price increases from our suppliers without passing them onto our customers, due to our daily practice of lean and continual improvement. Examples of these improvements we make every day are:

- Finding ways to eliminate miscommunication
- Minimising wastage of stock, time, space, people’s potential
-Becoming more efficient at how we process customer enquiries
- Running the cladding faster at better quality
- Reducing downtime

Let us know if you would like to book onto our next lean tour

- Video is me welding our new chipper onto it’s base (made by Kieran Young) - I’m still learning. I managed to make the base 75mm too short 🫢
