As we approach the festive period once again, we at Jenkins & Davies would like to share a reminder that our office and workshops will be closed between Saturday 20th December 2025 - Sunday 4th January 2026, for our staff to enjoy a well-earned Christmas break. We’ll be back open from 8am on Monday 5th January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin another successful year.

Dear Team,
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the successful completion of our recent Turnaround (TAR) at INEOS KG.
This effort required long hours, careful planning, strict attention to safety, and strong collaboration across multiple teams and disciplines. Your professionalism, commitment, and teamwork were evident throughout the entire process, and they played a critical role in achieving our objectives.
Most importantly, your focus on safety and operational excellence ensured that the TAR was executed responsibly and efficiently.
Thank you for your hard work, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile. Your contributions make a real difference, and they do not go unnoticed.

✨ Today, we were delighted to welcome Pembrokeshire College’s new ECITB Scholarship Programme cohort to Jenkins & Davies Engineering.

Accompanied by tutors Dan and Fred, the students joined us for a Q&A session and a tour of our facilities. They impressed us with their enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to making the most of their opportunities on the programme.

We were especially pleased that all the students were keen to accept our offer of a work experience placement with J&D. These placements will not only enhance their learning but also give us the chance to get to know them better and ultimately strengthen their chances of securing a full engineering apprenticeship with us upon completing the programme in the 2025/26 academic year.

Our partnership with Pembrokeshire College and the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board provides a fantastic springboard for future engineers. By supporting young people into the sector, we are helping to develop skilled talent, create social value within our community, and ensure sustainable career pathways that benefit both individuals and the local economy.

We look forward to seeing these future pipefitters, platers and welders back with us soon!

Jenkins & Davies will be looking for the following trades for ongoing and new projects in the new year.
Work location for the following trades will be predominantly Pembroke dock, South Wales, with a potential for some travelling work.
* Welders
* Pipe fitters
* Platers
* Riggers
Current opportunities will be ideally suited for local labour.
Projects in the new year may be open to travelling labour.
All rates will be aligned with NAECI Blue book.
All applying trades will be required to be time served with appropriate certification.
