Big trip up to the Highlands this week — all the way to Wick! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We modernised and upgraded the kitchen with a Rational iCombi install and custom fabrication.

Our engineers flew to Inverness and drove 2.5 hours to reach the site — everything was prepped and ready for their arrival so work could begin straight away. ✈️🚗

We also installed new water and waste services for the Combi oven. We left behind a very happy team of chefs! 🧑🏼‍🍳

We attended within the hour and cleared the pressurisation unit fault, getting the plant room back up and running.
