Progress Update from Knights Road 🚨

Drone views from our Knights Road site with Hill Group UK capture the momentum as we approach a key milestone. The penultimate foundation is prepped and ready to pour, with excavation for the final plot kicking off this week.
Meanwhile, our teams continue pushing forward with external works across site from slabbing to screen wall pours and retaining wall installations.

Meet the Team: Our Apprentice Quantity Surveyor – Adel Doci

When Adel decided not to return to university, an apprenticeship at Nexus felt like the perfect fit.

Over at Arborfield, our Nexus team is powering ahead for our client Crest Nicholson plc. Led by foreman Jake Fagan, the team’s been smashing through milestones and keeping the site moving like clockwork.

Our ICP team has successfully completed the installation of Low Voltage infrastructure at Vistry Group’s Coventry Road site in Bulkington.⚡

Scope of works:
▪️ 50 meters of LV cable
▪️ 2x Mains Breach Joints
▪️ Delivered in full compliance with ESP specifications and approved design

The works were completed ahead of program and are now ready for reinstatement ahead of energisation. Huge credit to the team for their dedication, precision, and quality delivery.

A great example of collaborative working and consistent ex*****on on site. Well done team! 👏

We’ve been busy on site, getting the site ready for the next stage - Constructing private roads and laying ducting ready for the services to be laid.
