MGF DENTAL/MEDICAL air compressors for a cost-effective solution. 🦷⚕️ 💨

Oil-free with dryer offer a simple, cost effective solution to the problem of oil contamination, The MGF dental compressors are supplied complete of membrane dryer, and prefilters, ready to be plugged into your existing pipeline, with no other installation costs (no need for additional inline filters).

When fitting a compressor in a dental , it is a requirement to comply to HTM 2022 air quality requirements. Dental air needs to be supplied via a compressor, which should be fitted with an in-take filter and a post-compression filtration and dryer system. This ensures that the air is clean and dry, minimising the risk of contamination of the system by micro-organisms and improving the efficiency of dental equipment.

Dental Air - The dryer system should be capable of producing air with an atmospheric dew-point not less than -20º C (DIN ISO 8573-1 Class 3)

Medical Air - The dryer system should be capable of producing air with an atmospheric dew-point not less than -40º C (DIN ISO 8573-1 Class 2)

The comprehensive range of MGF oil free compressors which are extremely robust, low-noise, efficient and are designed for demanding applications. All our oil free piston compressors (plus dryer and bacteriological filter) conform to the health Technical Memorandum 2022 (HTM 2022) Supplement 1.
