This stainless steel beauty was made for us by long standing customer and all round good guy Liam at Red Kite Fabrication. I realised we're losing too much heat out of the Hatch in the colder weather, making cooking times increase. And we're not having that for our loyal Higgsy's customers!

One conversation with Liam and a few measurements taken and HEY PRESTO this arrived today. A custom stainless steel shroud to block wind and retain heat 😍. The quality is top drawer, and it fits like a steel glove.

Tomorrow can't come quick enough to test this little bad boy (or girl, let's not leave you womany types out - girl power ✊️) out.
