I have successfully managed numerous projects from small domestic refurbishments up to the complete installation of large industrial sites.

Our Story

Welcome to JR Electrical Services. We are an established family run electrical company who aim to deliver the very best in electrical installation, project management, energy efficiency and periodic inspection reporting. I am the Director James Rayner TMIET, 16 years Years ago I started my career in the electrical industry in Milton Keynes. I worked for a local contractor for almost 8 years, this is where I learnt the basics of my trade and gained valuable experience across a wide range of sectors in the electrical industry. I was awarded the ECA and Edmondson regional apprentice of the year for the East region. This was due to my high assessment scores and technical competence throughout my apprenticeship. I have successfully managed numerous projects from small domestic refurbishments up to the complete installation of large industrial sites. In 2014 I started JR Electrical Services, I believe in training the future generations of electricians and continue my commitment to employ apprentice electricians. from 2014-2018 I successfully mentored two apprentice electrician through college in Milton Keynes. In 2019 I made the company limited (James Rayner Electrical Ltd) but continue to trade as JR Electrical Services, I am now located in Devon. As a family we moved "down south" to help care for family. It has not been easy relocating a company 200 miles away but true to my values I have another apprentice electrician employed and we continue to grow as a business. I hope to continue to grow as a company but maintain our unblemished level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
