🎾 Proud to be part of the Lexus Wrexham Open ! 🎾

Something a little different for the team at Martin Scaffolding Services!

We were recently tasked with designing and constructing a temporary spectator walkway at Wrexham Tennis & Padel Centre for the Lexus Wrexham Open.

Using traditional tube and fitting scaffolding, we created a purpose-built tunnel, complete with a fully weatherproof shrink-wrap covering installed by Conway Shrink Wrap Solutions

The finished structure provides spectators with a sheltered route between areas of the venue, while delivering a smart, professional finish in keeping with an international sporting event.

It's a great example of how scaffolding can be used for much more than traditional construction projects, with bespoke solutions designed around each client's requirements.

Result!

A month ago, local business owners brought a growing pigeon problem near Coral Bookmakers to our attention. Given the neighboring food business, a swift fix was essential.

We reached out to both the councils and Coral to help get a resolution on the radar. Happy to share that repair work is now underway to tackle the issue.

Another large-scale netting project completed by Martin Scaffolding Services ✅

6,000m² of safety netting installed while maintaining full access to a live, fully operational warehouse throughout the works.

With awkward access, high-level working and constant movement below, careful planning and coordination were key to completing this safely and efficiently with no disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations.
