Most people don’t think they’re going to fall, especially not on a normal day, doing a routine task.

That’s why something as simple as a 1-minute check before you start can make a real difference:

Take a quick look around.
Check for spills, loose cables, or uneven ground.
Be aware of anything overhead.
Make sure your footwear has proper grip.
