🎉 15 Years of Ben at Hartwell! 🎉

Next week marks 15 years since Ben Richardson joined Hartwell – starting out as a 16-year-old Apprentice Fabricator and working his way up to become our Operations Manager.

He now oversees both our Ossett site and the new Sheffield facility, and is a huge part of what makes Hartwell tick. Reliable, hard-working, respected by everyone – we honestly don’t know what we’d do without him!

Outside of work, Ben’s a former rugby lad, a keen golfer, married with baby number two on the way in November 👶

We’re very lucky to have him and proud of everything he’s achieved. Thanks for everything, Ben! 💪

We’re really happy to welcome Lindsay Payne to the Hartwell team this week as our new Finance Director!

With 29 years of experience under her belt, Lindsay brings a huge amount of knowledge, energy and leadership to the role — and we’re excited to have her with us as we move into the next phase of our journey.
