Office administrator / Sales support
Duties will include –
Assisting various departments in the daily operation of our business including sales, IT and purchasing as follows -
• Dealing with customer orders via telephone and online platforms, processing orders and ensuring dispatch is prompt and efficient
• Monitor back orders
• Follow up all sales enquiries
• Liaising with the purchase department and helping with purchase orders
• Marketing
• Support the maintenance and development of the company website
• Schedule, monitor and manage social media sites
• General support in researching, identifying and contacting prospective customers within Ireland, UK and further afield

Desirable criteria

• Online marketplace
• Social media platforms
• Knowledge of craft commerce
• Basic office packages
• Adobe packages

Essential criteria

• Flexible to work in various fast-paced departments
• Confident with a positive can-do attitude

Receiving and checking stock.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills
Good written and oral English and numerical skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Background in engineering, mechanical, motor factor or agricultural environment.

Multi Drop Delivery Driver - Job description
Multi drop delivery driver to deliver products throughout Northern Ireland and parts of Southern Ireland on a daily basis. Immediate start available You will be required to drive a van and on occasion a 7.5T lorry if your licence allows .

Responsibilities
Ensure deliveries are carried out on time and in a professional manner
Use and maintain provided POD system
Keep vehicle clean and tidy and all times
Report any record any defects
Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills
Clean driving licence
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable.
A positive attitude towards work.
Please note this post involves heaving lifting

Desirable Skills
C1 licence
Up to date CPC

Store Person/Tyre Fitter - Full time Permanent
Immediate start available.
We wish to recruit a full time Store person/Tyre fitter to join our team based in Omagh. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a growing business and further progress their career.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Checking delivers and putting stock in correct locations.
• Reporting anomalies to the relevant department.
• Completing stock checks when required.
• Picking & Packing customer orders for dispatch.
• Tyre and rim assembly (This does not involve removal of wheels form vehicles or machinery).
• Ensuring sufficient stock of assembled wheels.
• Keeping store/yard always organised and tidy.
• Working as part of a team.
• Any other duties as required from time to time by management.
Essential Criteria:
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable.
• A positive attitude towards work.
• The ability to carry out heavy lifting is essential.
Experience:
