Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of fabricating this 300t cruciform lift beam.
A fantastic little project, giving our team the chance to show off their skill set. Excellent prepping & plating skills along with some great welding to pass 100% UT.

The last few months have been so busy, we can barely believe it's now August!
This job started early April, finally being completed and delivered to our customer last month. It's been exciting to see the progress come to life from the initial drawings to the final positioning of the green deck to complete a new working platform.
The team here at DJR have done a fantastic job, and as always, backed up by our great suppliers, testers and painters. Well done to all invlolved 👏👏👏

Very busy month here and showing some great skills. Scarfing, prepping, plating, 100% UT welding and finally heat straightening. Next stop paint shop, then straight to the rig for the upgrade to begin...
Next we start building the new deck that sits on these upgrades.

Loading out on time for a valued customer a two storey BOP stack frame, including six removal platforms which once installed can be fitted around the BOP. Built complete with safety gates, removable handrails and two ladders with back scratchers. All fabricated in house. Fantastic team effort from all the guys and suppliers! 👍👏😀

Our valued customer required a quick turnaround as they are due to mobilise the following week.
A jetting head with 12" pipe extension and 12" lifting elbow.

These 120 Tonne Pad Eyes with machine bored 100mm holes & full pen welds were completed within a week.

You may have spotted this one in the local papers last week... Something a bit more decorative from the guys. This flower arch was designed, fabricated & site fitted by DJR (think someone with green fingers may have completed it with the flowers though 😂) Looks fab, another great job done 👍
