Our team’s been busy the last few weeks keeping our customers’ jobs moving 👌🧡🖤

We are delighted to announce that our annual Charity Golf Day is returning for 2026!

POSITION: YARD OPERATIVE / DELIVERY DRIVER
LOCATION: 11 CRANNOG LANE, OBA

Argyll Build Centre is a busy, family-run builders merchant supplying building materials across Argyll and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Operative / Delivery Driver to join our team.

KEY DUTIES

• Loading and unloading customer vehicles and delivery lorries
• Preparing and picking orders for delivery and collection
• Delivering materials to customer sites when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard
• Assisting customers with collections and general enquiries
• Using basic computer systems for stock and order processing

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Forklift experience preferred
• Clean driving licence required
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Good numeracy skills
• Competent computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
