If you're counting down to your summer holiday because you’re exhausted, ask yourself this: How long does that “recharged” feeling actually last?
🚫A week?
🚫Two days?
🚫Until you put on your work boots again?

We treat holidays like magic resets but you can’t reset a system that’s broken.

Here’s a better plan:
Instead of escaping your life for two weeks, build a routine you don’t need a holiday from.

💥 Get stronger so the job takes less out of you
💥 Learn to fuel your body so it runs better
💥 Rest properly—so you recover daily, not yearly

And THEN enjoy your holidays… knowing you’re coming home stronger than when you left.

👊 Start now. Future you is waiting! DM Me...

OK, so meal prep isn’t very sexy, but it works! You know what’s underrated?
Opening the fridge midweek and seeing food already made.
Meal prep doesn’t need to be exciting. It just needs to stop you eating sausage rolls and petrol station sandwiches at 2pm.
Here’s an idea to batch in 20 minutes:
🥩 Lean mince with fajita seasoning
🌽 Throw in peppers, onions, and a tin of sweetcorn
🥣 Serve with rice or chuck it in wraps
You don’t need to love meal prep. You just need to love not feeling like crap by Thursday.

OMG please stop going on about how discipline is the be all and end all! I’m sick of seeing posts about “𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦.” Nah mate. You need a plan that doesn’t break you.
Most of the men I work with don’t struggle because they’re lazy.
They struggle because:
❌ They don’t know what to eat
❌ They don’t have time to train
❌ They think being fit means being perfect
You don’t need a 6 day week gym programme, You need structure, support, and something that fits around your job and your life. That’s what I coach!
Drop me a message and I’ll show you how it works.

Look, you don’t have to be sprinting up hills or doing burpees in your garden to “earn” your weekend. But let’s be honest if your Saturday is all sofa and sausage rolls, your body will feel it by Monday. So here’s your not-so-serious guide to moving more this weekend without it feeling like a chore:
🔥 Walk like you’ve stolen something.
Take the dog, the kids, or just yourself and stride it out like you're on a mission.
🔥 Mow the lawn like you’re being timed.
Bonus points if you break a sweat and call it "cardio."
🔥 Paddleboard, play footy with the kids, chop wood, dance while BBQing.
Yes, it all counts.
🔥 Take the long route. Park further away. Race your mate to the pub.
Your body doesn’t care how you move. Just that you do.

💬 Got a fun way you sneak in some weekend movement?
Tell us below & we might steal it.

Tired from work is normal.
But constantly knackered, stiff, sore and mentally drained? That’s not normal.

That’s a sign your body’s running on fumes.

You don’t need a holiday. You need recovery habits that actually work:
💧 More water
🍗 More protein
😴 Better sleep
🚶 Light movement when you're tired (not more grind)

Your job is hard enough. Don’t make it harder by ignoring your body. DM me for a chat

"I don’t have time to spend hours in the gym.”
Ha! Who does these days? But the good news? You don’t need hours, a gym membership, or a fancy meal plan to feel fitter, stronger, and more energised.

Let’s stop pretending meal prep is some big health influencer thing. Nothing says 'living the dream' like reheated broccoli and regret in a Tupperware box! But seriously, It’s just cooking in bulk so you don’t live off snacks and sausage rolls all week.

Here’s a quick fix prep idea:
• Grill 5 chicken thighs
• Cook 2 pouches of rice
• Steam frozen mixed veg
• Portion it out into 4 tubs
Done in under 30 mins.

It’s not fancy—it’s fuel. And it’ll stop you relying on vending machines and garage food.
Eat for the job. Train for the life you want.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: They don’t come to me because they want to look good naked, they come to me because they need to move without pain.
They want to spend their weekends having quality time with loved ones instead of recovering from aches and pains from a hard week at work.
They want to sleep better, feel mentally strong and health and live a life that’s more than just working to live.
My clients are done with spending weekends in recovery mode, bracing themselves for another exhausting week of slogging through a hard day just to get home knackered and fed up.
𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏?
I’m now accepting new clients and would love to help you on this journey.

let's bust a myth...
You Don’t Need to Be Sore to See Progress. Aches and pains aren’t a badge of honour!
You don’t need to limp into the weekend just to prove you’re working hard.
Training smart means:
✅ Feeling stronger—not stiffer
✅ Recovering better—not collapsing
✅ Having more energy—not surviving on caffeine and grit
If your current routine is leaving you wrecked, it’s not the routine, it’s the recovery plan.
