A couple more machines fixed and back out the door today.

Both came in for servicing and repairs. One was running rough and had one of the tightest blades I've ever come across. The other wouldn't run at all.

After some attention in the workshop, both are now running as they should and ready to get back to work.

We offer repairs and servicing on petrol-powered garden machinery, as well as key cutting and tool sharpening.

If anyone is traveling on Church Lane Ormesby then be aware of this near the entrance to Ormesby Hall. It was too awkward to get back into place by myself. I've tried ringing R&C to report it but got bored of being on hold.
Give it a share to make people aware of it. I'll try ringing the council back during office hours

This petrol mower came in for a service and a sharpen because it was coughing, spluttering and generally being awkward.
Service completed. Still being salty.

After a bit of investigation, I found the culprit. It looks like a mouse had been using the intake boot as a chew toy.
A small hole was enough to throw the engine completely off.
I get mixed reactions when I quote £75 for a service. Some people think it's expensive. Others bite my hand off.

Before my inbox fills up tomorrow asking “are you open Bank Holiday Monday?” — no.
It’s my birthday.

Every five years it lands on a Bank Holiday Monday and the last one was during COVID, so technically I’m still owed one.

To make matters worse, the wife’s just come home from Family Shopper carrying enough booze to tranquilise a horse, so I won’t be anywhere near the shop.
