History:
Reginson Engineering Ltd started business in 1995 and soon evolved into a successful small local business. In 1997 it was selected by Leicestershire Business Link as the best new business in Leicestershire - something the company remains very proud of. Goodrich and Rolls-Royce Approvals followed in 1999, as we became a key supply partner to Pattonair in their added value - Direct Line Fe
ed contracts with Goodrich actuation systems and Rolls-Royce. This enabled good growth with many Rolls-Royce sub-contractors including Pattonair / UMECO, I.T.P., HS Marston, Meggitt Aerospace, RSM and PFW to name a few. By 2001 it had grown into a £1million business employing over 20 people and moved premises due to the expansion and to ensure the company remained capable of further growth as it became more focussed on aerospace and defence. The effect of 9/11, like many aerospace companies, was significant and halted our growth, such that we remained a £1million company. However, in the circumstances, we consider this to be an achievement as many other manufacturers failed to survive. Reginson October 2012:
Reginson Engineering is proud to announce its move into a new state of the art facility, the new 23,000 sqf site boasts some 64 CNC machines, with the ability to increase its production to exceed sales of £10.000.000
This expansion plan included the purchase of a further 16 new CNC machines.
