D L Rhodes are delighted to announce their success in securing another contract with ALB Investments. This large office block in Dudley will be converted into 141 apartments and works are due to commence in just a few weeks. The project will run alongside the 157 apartments currently being built in Derby for the same client.

The £6.5Million Dudley project will take 14 months to complete.

D L Rhodes are thrilled to be working with ALB Investments once again which is proving to be a great partnership.
