We design, manufacture and install Heated Thermal Insulation jackets for a wide range of Applications here at our purpose-built facility in Nottingham.

Custom-built to the unique requirements of the customer, our heated insulation jackets can be easily applied to pumps, pipework, valves and mobile vessels.

Here is one of our most recent heated jackets. Created to Maintain 60° temperature and fitted with a thermostatic control.

Stainless-steel eyelets were installed for securing to a Hopper face (fixings were installed by the client).

As you can see from the design; all our heated insulation jackets can be easily applied, removed and re-used whenever needed.

We were on site today to see one of our finished products up and running and couldn’t wait to share this with you….

We supplied the tank and process pipework with primary and stand-by heating circuits terminated into remote junction boxes.

Each circuit is individually controlled via SMART-ECO temperature controllers - as well as sporting our very own logo.

The Control Panel was manufactured by another company- and they’ve done a brilliant job.

Purpose-made heating jackets constructed from silicone impregnated glass cloth with a Mineral Wool infill along with Velcro fastenings and pull cord.
